“ Very yummy Italian sandwiches. Hole in the wall place. Guy working there and making the sandwiches was nice, funny, and informative on everything. Didn't even feel like it took a while to make my sandwiches because we were chatting the whole time haha ”
“ THE BEST SANDWICHES!! I couldn't recommend this place more. Such delicious sandwiches. A little pricey but large portions for leftovers or to share. The sandwich featured is my favorite. Highly reccomend this whole in the wall spot. You won't be disappointed. ”
“ This was one of the best sandwiches I have had. I had the "The Jholano". It is pressed, so there is a crunchy texture. There is something sweet going on, maybe honey? I took the sandwich over to Miami's campus to eat. The sandwich was the right size for me. I could have eaten a bit more, but shouldn't. Service was fast. The sandwich was ready by the time I was done figuring out the order board. Two things to know - 1. It was on the expensive side for a sandwich. 2. It is in a strange location, tucked into a motel? The red door is the key, When I walked in, it did not look like I was in a deli. There is outdoor seating on the other doorside. It is like walking into a speakeasy. You see the red door (no sign), but it does not look like it could be the correct place. I had to give this a rare 5 stars on the first visit. I will be stopping in next time I am this way. ”
“ Jholano's Deli is an absolute hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the friendly vibe and aromas make you feel right at home. The sandwiches are next level. They don't hold back on the flavor or the portions. The ingredients taste fresh, and you can tell they put a lot of care into every order. If you're in Miami and looking for a spot with great sandwiches, Jholano's Deli is it. Can't wait to go back and try more of the menu! ”
“ This is a very small Italian sandwich shop with very little seating outside behind the shop. The parking is really non-existent, so just plan on paid street parking. Your best bet is to order ahead online. However, if you just walk in, go to the terminal and place and pay for your order. This time I got The Jholano sandwich and added both the chicken cutlets and the stracciatella because it's locally made and the chicken cutlets are juicy. It turned out to be a 5+lb sandwich and the guy who made it was impressed with all the options (see my pic). You can get creative, but your best bet is just to order one of the standard sandwiches. The bread is fresh and terrific, and the ingredients are excellent. I just wish they would get a larger location with better parking. ”
“ This hidden gem is tucked inside an old 2 story apartment building that now is an office space but don't worry the red awning makes it hard to miss. At first it seemed like seating was missing but as soon as you order tour sandwich you can go outside to the patio seating. The sandwich I got was THE JHOLANO. Honestly all of them seemed appetizing but the fig jam on this one was nice. The sandwiches come Curley wrapped in butcher paper and tape so it adds a nice old school touch to the vibe. The service was great! I got an explanation of the sandwiches and the menu. The vive is nice ”
“ Another hidden gem. Amazing Italian sandwiches. Hidden and can be found by the red door that sticks out behind US1 close to UM. Both guys making the sandwiches were extremely nice. Cool little spot to pick up sandwiches to go. Price is a bit high though, so will be back sporadically. Otherwise, it would be a 5 star review. ”
